Chapter 463: Ice and Snow Land

Li Wei glanced around, letting the flames on his body die down to a minimum level just sufficient to maintain his body temperature.
This prevented excessive consumption and kept the surrounding snow and ice from melting and causing a collapse.
He glanced at the sealed-off entrance, but he wasn’t worried.
Li Wei could now completely transform into an Elemental Body, so air was not a necessity for his survival.

Li Wei recalled his recent encounter in the blizzard.
The people chasing him must have some kind of item that could lock onto his position.
However, in a super-blizzard stretching for hundreds of miles, even the range of Li Wei’s Spiritual Perception was severely suppressed.
It was very likely their item had also lost its effectiveness and could no longer lock onto his position.

Li Wei ate until he was stuffed, but Saint Xi’s stomach seemed to be a bottomless pit. She kept eating nonstop, as if she could never get full.
He was a bit exasperated.
Eventually, he just started tossing raw Demon Beast Meat to Saint Xi.
Saint Xi wasn’t one to refuse.
Watching Saint Xi wolf down her food, Li Wei realized she was at a critical stage of her growth.
Although Saint Xi could sustain herself by absorbing Holy Power, she still needed to consume a large amount of nutrients to grow up quickly.
Li Wei couldn’t help but smile wryly at the thought.

After eating for three hours, Saint Xi finally lay down, clutching her round, bulging belly. The little dragon looked a whole size bigger, all plump and round.

Li Wei breathed a sigh of relief.
He opened the Magic Cottage and let Saint Xi out.
"Saint Xi, where is the Time Dragon’s treasure?" Li Wei asked.
Completely in the dark about his location, Li Wei could only bring Saint Xi out to determine the direction before moving on.
As soon as Saint Xi came out, she felt the cold of the Ice and Snow Land and shivered violently.
But she quickly adapted to the surrounding cold.
She happily rolled around in the snow.
After playing for a while, and only after Li Wei’s repeated urging, Saint Xi finally took out the Time Dragon’s Reversed Scale to sense the treasure.
A moment later, Saint Xi raised her hand and pointed north.
"It’s that way."
Li Wei glanced behind him and muttered, "I have to keep going north?"

That was an uninhabited region, a dead zone that no living creature had ever visited.
To this day, no one knows what lies in the deepest part of the Arctic Icefield.
